M8bet Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the m8bet platform, applicable to all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the m8bet platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use m8bet's services. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 years and above only. Users who have not reached this age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using m8bet's services.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the m8bet platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. m8bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the m8bet platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technological means to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payments using unauthorised methods.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Disrupting, breaching, or attempting to access restricted areas of the m8bet system.
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and m8bet reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the m8bet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made through legitimate payment methods registered in their own name.
- Minimum deposit amount varies by selected payment method.
- Only payment methods listed on the platform are accepted.
- M8bet reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity.
- Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to the account.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered in the user's name.
- Identity verification may be required before large withdrawals are approved.
- Processing times depend on the chosen method — typically between 1–3 business days.
- M8bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if there are any signs of suspicious activity.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
M8bet is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, system failures, or game outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount directly associated with the transaction in question.
All content on the m8bet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and branding — is the exclusive property of m8bet or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written authorisation.
The m8bet platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. m8bet does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access external links at their own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
M8bet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or instructions from relevant authorities. Any valid account balance will be processed in accordance with standard procedures once the investigation is complete, subject to legal compliance requirements.
Changes to These Terms
M8bet reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the m8bet platform shall first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties, and if unsuccessful, through an agreed dispute resolution mechanism under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
